Program Theme
FWA's socio-economic development programs aim to improve the financial stability and overall quality of life for vulnerable communities by promoting economic growth, reducing poverty, and empowering individuals through skills development and entrepreneurship.
Vocational & Skills Training Program
FWA, in collaboration with partner organizations, provided vocational training to over 1,000 young girls in District Mansehra. These girls were equipped with skills in cloth sewing and embroidery, enabling them to start their own businesses and achieve financial independence.

Carpet Weaving and Capacity Building Project
FWA implemented a project to support 60 families involved in traditional carpet weaving in District Mansehra. By offering skill enhancement training and direct market linkages, the project helped families increase their income and revive cultural heritage through the craft of carpet weaving.
• Beneficiaries: 60 families.
Livestock Distribution Project
With support from the Orskov Foundation, FWA distributed livestock to 87 rural families in Jabber Devli, District Mansehra. This project enhanced their economic stability by providing sustainable means of livelihood.
